This "friendly", "ultramodern" Downtown Seattle hotel has a "funky" vibe with "beautiful" original local artwork ("making for an interesting stroll on every floor") and "cool", "chic" rooms sporting "unique decor" and "buttons on phones to request anything"; even if the quarters are "tiny" and the parking rates "stiff", this "vibrant spot" moves "beyond boring, traditional" lodgings.

New, clean, friendly.
The rooms were super small, did not expect that at all, unless we were in Japan or something.

Modern, unique, and close to attractions.
Small bathroom, cold room with window unit, $$ parking.

A unique hotel with modern decor and a trendy atmosphere. Next door to a good restaurant and close to many Seattle attractions. Room accommodations including heat and bath room size very unacceptable. Pricing of parking very high. ...read more

Attempt to make the environment artistically pleasing.
Parking too expensive/front of hotel not available for car drop-off from 4 - 6 with check-in from 4 on.

Our room was cold, especially the bathroom which had no heating in it. The window unit was noisy enough that one didn't want to run it at night. Had to ask for extra blankets as the one on the bed wasn't sufficient. Hotel parking was very expensive - on arrival I felt a bit hustled to use the garage since you can't stop on the street directly in front of the hotel between 4 - 6. The valet told us to go down an alleyway to get off the street and from there and it was impossible to know what public parking was available. ...read more

Modern and
clean look.
Nothing.

What can I say? I loved it. One of the coolest hotels I've stayed at.

Not good for family travelers. Need to be labeled as for business only.
Theme hotel not so great.

Location is okay; however, room size too small for the expectation of family travelers with small kids. Bathroom small and bed is only full size. Even their King size bed is so small. No microwaves and family related amenities and parking cost $30. ...read more

It was clean and friendly.
Valet too expensive, very small rooms unlike photos.

It was clean, but the rooms were very small. Felt like we were staying in a closet.
